What you will do:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinatorto join our growing Kewdale team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will work in conjunction with both our Engineering and Production teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of a variety of upcoming projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Project Managers and their respective project teams in the development of comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, coordinate tasks, and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Ensuring a high-level of communication and service is maintained with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Tracking and reporting on project timelines, identifying any potential risks and presenting potential solutions.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including action items, and progress reports.
• Assisting in cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.

What are we looking for from you?

• A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in a project office or project management environment within the Mining, Utilities, Construction, or a similar industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders from a variety of different backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to organise tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate resources.
• Proven track record of identifying issues and proposing practical solutions to overcome challenges.
• Eagerness to learn with a desire to take on increasing responsibilities with time.
