Project Coordinator

We are an industry leader in the design, specifying, supply, project management and installation of internal and external solar shading systems, automatic shading control systems and hospitality window furnishings.

We work collaboratively with architects, designers, façade engineers, procurement companies, general contractors and government agencies to deliver innovative, quality projects. Our projects cover a range of markets including Commercial, Education, Hospitality, and Cultural.

Our projects are located all around Australia as well as internationally.

Based in Marrickville, Sydney we are currently looking for a Project Coordinator or Administrator to join our team on a full time basis to assist in:

• Take the lead role in the day to day management of projects from commencement to completion
  
• Developing and tracking project schedules.
  
• Producing production orders, commercial invoices, packing slips and shipping manifests.
  
• Liaising with international and domestic clients, manufacturers and logistics to coordinate and meet project outcomes.
  
• Work with the sales, administration and installation teams to ensure all aspects of the projects are managed to the highest standard.
  
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, on budget and exceed client's expectations.
  
• Keep in constant communication with suppliers to drive the product through production to ensure products are ready for installation on time.
  
• Regularly liaise with the client (builders and consultants) and the client's management teams on the progress of the project.
  
• Work through any project issues with the team, client, designers and resolve them in a professional and efficient manner.
  
• Manage project programmes.
  
• Manage installation admin and ensure installation teams have all required information to ensure projects are installed to the highest standard.
  
• Provide weekly project updates including cost reporting. 
  

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the in-house coordination and project management of window shading and window covering systems for large scale projects both nationally and internationally.

We are open to recent graduates and those who are more experienced in project coordination and management provided an interest in the construction industry is present.
