About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to streamline project activities, maintain schedules, and facilitate communication.
Duration: This role is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of an extension.
Start: June 2024
Meeting Organization:
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all necessary participants are involved.
Note-Taking and Summaries:
Capture meeting discussions and decisions, and distribute clear summaries to stakeholders.
Workshop Arrangements:
Book venues, coordinate logistics, and confirm attendance for project workshops.
Schedule and Financial Updates:
Maintain project schedules and update financial forecasts in collaboration with project managers.
Budget Tracking and Cash Flow Management:
Monitor expenses, track budget allocations, and manage project cash flow efficiently.
Detailed Project Planning:
Contribute to the development and upkeep of detailed project plans.
Weekly Reporting:
Prepare concise dashboard reports highlighting project progress, issues, and risks.
Dashboard Tracking:
Maintain a comprehensive dashboard tracking solution deliverables, testing, deployment, and documentation progress.
Documentation Follow-up:
Ensure timely completion and organization of project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Previous experience in project coordination or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
