Overview of the role
As Project Coordinator within the Delivery and Transformation team, this role will coordinate reporting and governance for Suncorp Bank projects. You will be involved in reporting on the performance of the whole program, using your advanced analytical skills to dive deeper into the reports and provide commentary around this. You will also provide governance on the health and performance of projects.
This is an exciting time to work within Suncorp Bank as we are undergoing a transition period providing you with the opportunity to support aspects of the transition from a portfolio governance perspective.
This is a broad role enabling you to get stuck into many areas of the business and across many tasks. The team is close knit and supportive giving you the opportunity to learn from senior leaders. Initially this will be a 12 month fixed term contract with the opportunity to extend after this time.
What you'll do:
- Responsible and accountable for reporting and financial administration tasks allocated by governance team
- Work collaboratively across the Governance team and business leadership teams to provide administrative support and coordinate key activities and deliverables.
- Support Governance team manager with managing key financial timetables to ensure deadlines for reporting and submissions are met.
- Build and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships.
- PPM reporting.
What you'll bring:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Coordinator; including previous experience coordinating a portfolio of at least $50m.
- Advanced analytical skills - ability to develop solutions and courses of action by using an information base to identify key issues, compare with other data and determine cause-effect relationships. Analytical modelling skills will be highly regarded
- Banking/Financial Services industry experience preferable
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritising and time allocation.
- Exposure to Agile
- Highly adaptable, excellent stakeholder engagement at all levels and the ability to build successful business relationships
