About the role
If you are highly organised and detail-oriented, we have an exciting opportunity for you as our Property Administrator. Reporting to the Property Services Manager, you will assist in the management and administration of Viterra’s property portfolio. You will also manage our fortnightly report process and maintain accurate records of our property registers.
Duties
Provide co-ordination and financial administration assistance for the effective day to day operation of Property Services.
Identify and meet agreed internal and external customer needs in a responsive and efficient manner.
Ensure that all queries and are addressed in a timely manner.
Undertake property rent reviews, CPI Increases, review lease renewals, and facilitate new leases with legal.
Ensure all leases, licences and other documentation are current, fully executed, stamped, and registered; maintain a register of leases/licences to ensure that critical dates are adhered to.
Ensure all property information is accurately recorded in SmartSheet property registers.
Timely collection of overdue property invoices
About you
Qualifications and/or demonstrated skills and experience in property management.
Ability to prioritise tasks, use knowledge and initiative to problem solve.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and proactive.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and proactively manage stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
