Position Overview:

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, proactively implementing solutions to mitigate issues.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Support the project team in adhering to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction project coordination or administration is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
