Job Summary:

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in facilitating the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. Working closely with engineers and clients, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Scheduling:
   • Assist in the development of project startups, timelines, and staff inspection and reporting schedules.
   • Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to allocate resources and establish priorities.
   • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
2. Communication and Coordination:
   • Serve as a central point of contact for project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
   • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
   • Coordinate meetings and project-related activities.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project stakeholders.
   • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
4. Risk Management:

   • Proactively monitor and address risks throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Quality Assurance:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in project coordination or related roles.
