Fixed Term for 6 months, Part Time, 7.5 hours per week An organisation who prides themselves on valuing work/life balance Above award rates and the staff rewards & benefits program ABOUT THE ROLE: In December 2023, Interrelate was a successful recipient of a new grant. We will be using this grant to bring together a diverse range of experts to have open discussions in a series of Think Tanks that could potentially change the approach we take to our school service programs. As the Project Coordinator you will work closely with the Head of Business Development and other key stakeholders to lead the coordination of this exciting and game-changing project. KEY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:Collaborating with the Head of Business Development to research and identify suitable experts across education, social, technology, schools, and Interrelate.Coordinating all communications with the experts throughout the project including sourcing contact details, creating content and arranging their participation.Manage the collation of information packs that will be provided to the experts including an overview of current education practices in Australia, commentary from our educators, students and teachers, relevant research, insights into the student voice and an overview of current education trends.Help to coordinate, facilitate and record outcomes from the Think Tanks, including event management and any administration required on the day.Assist in the creation of any required surveys and survey reports (including data entry) as required.This is a fixed term, Part time position for 6 months, working 7.5 hours per week with the hours of work per day negotiable.This role is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work from home, however must be available to attend the Bella Vista office as required. The base hourly rate for this position is $39.90ph, plus 11% superannuation and accrued leave entitlements.KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS:Experience in project or event management and coordination, ideally in the community sectorThe ability to organise work and consistently meet deadlines, engaging in a variety of tasks simultaneously and adapting to changing activities and workloads in a flexible mannerGood communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and diplomacy skills, appropriate to dealing with internal and external clients and staffStrong computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Outlook)The ability to handle all duties with a high degree of integrity, professionalism and confidentialityHigh level of accuracy and strong attention to detail, with the ability to perform duties with minimal supervisionHold clearance of a NSW Working with Children Check, national police check and have permission to work in Australia ABOUT YOU: You are passionate about working on an innovative project, one that could really drive positive education outcomes for our youth. You are not afraid to work flexibly and with a range of diverse people, helping to bring them together over a common goal, helping to engage them in robust conversation. You have strong capabilities in project and event management with great administration skills and good proficiency in the use of technology and software applications, including the use of Zoom and Microsoft Teams. You have initiative and problem-solving capacity, you are organised, adaptable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
