About you
We are looking for a part time Administration Officer who has the ability to work autonomously whilst working collaboratively with the Area Managers and other Administration Officers. You will use your knowledge, skills, and experience to assist with a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to property management, recruitment documentation, and office management. You will also have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced growth environment.
You are an experienced people-focused Administrator with exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail, as well as strong stakeholder engagement skills at all levels of the organisation. You will also have:
Minimum of 12 months’ experience in Administration or similar.
Qualification in Business Administration is desirable.
Experience in community services and a knowledge of Departmental requirements is advantageous.
Creative with solutions while anticipating future needs.
Continuous improvement focused.
