You will be joining our team in Hope Valley, reporting to the Contracts Manager and working alongside our Space Rentals teams. This position is integral to the overall success of the branch and will provide you with a broad overview and exposure to all facets of the business.

What You Will Do
As the Project Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of the delivery and installation of our transportable buildings. You will also play an integral role in managing customer contracts and providing superb customer service by assisting with the administration, planning, and contract execution of projects.
More specifically, you will contribute to, and be responsible for:
- Coordinating delivery, installation, and removal projects
- Being the main point of contact for the customer, subcontractors and suppliers
- Compilation of project files, ensuring completion of all required documents
- Booking all required subcontractors and suppliers
- Documenting and tracking of all project related costs
- Raising purchase orders
- Invoicing the client for the works that have been completed.
What You Will Bring
We are looking for someone who shares our values and belief that agility, integrity, caring, collaboration and safety underpins all the work we do.
To hit the ground running, you will bring:
- A good sense of humour coupled with a great work ethic to get the job done
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Project or Operational Support/Admin role
- Previous exposure to Construction, Building or Engineering industry (highly regarded)
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication, both written and verbal, and confidence liaising with a wide range of project stakeholders
- Excellent computer literacy, particularly within MS Excel and Sharepoint
