Our client is a global ERP Software Vendor and is looking for an Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to manage the administration activities for a major client side ERP software implementation project. The role will be focussed on supporting the project through admin, documentation and coordination duties.

Requirements
- IT Project Coordination experience in a corporate environment
- Software application projects experience, specifically ERP
Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with their consultants you will assist in ensuring
- Project management systems are maintained with up to date with project information and project documentation
- Regular follow ups to ensure projects are moving along with desired pace and quality
- Weekly follow ups with clients to ensure they are up to date with project progress
- Documentation of project checkpoints and change orders where appropriate
- Identifying project risks and facilitating the appropriate escalation to Project Manager for resolution.
