Project Coordinator - Erp

Our client is a global ERP Software Vendor and is looking for an Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to manage the administration activities for a major client side ERP software implementation project. The role will be focussed on supporting the project through admin, documentation and coordination duties.

6 month contract - based in Sydney - hybrid role (not remote sorry) - option to be longer term

Requirements

• IT Project Coordination experience in a corporate environment
• Software application projects experience, specifically ERP

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with their consultants you will assist in ensuring

• Project management systems are maintained with up to date with project information and project documentation
• Regular follow ups to ensure projects are moving along with desired pace and quality
• Weekly follow ups with clients to ensure they are up to date with project progress
• Documentation of project checkpoints and change orders where appropriate
• Identifying project risks and facilitating the appropriate escalation to Project Manager for resolution.
