Are you ready to be the driving force behind our incredible Franchise Operations team?
As the Project Coordinator you'll spearhead operations across EssilorLuxottica's Australian and New Zealand franchise network to ensure seamless support for our franchise team, meeting their administrative needs while bringing innovative projects to life. We are looking for a lateral thinker who is looking for an opportunity to digitise and simplify franchise compliance within the framework of regulation and are ready to play an integral role in our transformation.

Requirements for Success

  • Maintenance and continual digitization of our Franchise Toolbox simplifying user templates, information guides and franchise renewals or termination of existing franchises
  • Develop document controls and content approval processes controls for all franchise guides, Operations Manuals, Templates, Forms, and store visit file notes.
  • Ensure all franchise news updates, compliance documents and templates are easy to locate on SharePoint Team Site or Communication site with relevant user access
  • Respond to Service Desk requests in a timely manner
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to execute projects as required whether organically as part of changes in the franchise processes/network to to meet business objectives.
  • Providing efficient responses solutions to enquiries from Franchise Partners
  • Simplify access and search for all documents held within the Franchise Toolkit
  • Coordinate the franchise conference and any relevant roadshows
Skills & Experience
  • Previous Administration and Project Coordination experience
  • Demonstrate high level of customer service with the ability to translate regulatory obligations into simple and clear business initiatives for stakeholders
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, policy, and procedure manuals.
  • Advanced knowledge of the following computer applications, Word, Excel, Outlook and SAP
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally with key stakeholders
  • Franchise experience advantageous
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in written text
