We have an exciting opportunity to bring your project governance and reporting skills to improve and support project delivery at RAC Insurance. You will be responsible for ensuring effective tracking, documentation and reporting of business strategies, projects, and initiatives. You will support the consistent application and alignment to strategy execution, project management and initiatives delivery processes across the business. This position will be offered as a 12-month contract. The position is full time however we will consider part time for the right candidate.What will you be doing?Facilitating relevant program/project progress and performance meetings; supporting the preparation of materials including minutes and agenda distributionSupport the creation and review of project governance artefacts, such as implementation plans and schedules, project status reporting and closure reports.Engaging with stakeholders to solicit and share information related to program/projects and explore opportunities to collaborate and seek alignment.Facilitating adoption of strategic and project management processes, tools and systems through established processes, and the provision of advice and guidanceCoordinating, analysing, tracking, and reporting progress and performance of all strategic initiatives and projects within the insurance businessAssisting with the development and maintenance of reporting metrics, data, and insightsTracking and analysis of actual and forecasted costs, projected benefits and resource planning for projects and strategic initiatives portfolio.Undertaking project health checks in collaboration with relevant stakeholdersReviewing processes and completed projects to identifying continuous improvement opportunities and assisting in communicating and implementing learnings for future business projects and strategic initiatives.Supporting iterative enhancements of strategy and project management tools, templates, processes, and documentation.What are we looking for?Demonstrated success in a similar role.Project management or project office experience.Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to successfully adapt to evolving priorities and deadlines.Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline desirableProject management certification desirableUnderstanding of Agile ways of working desirablePower BI and advanced Excel skills desirableWhat can we offer you?A workplace culture where our people feel valued, respected, and empowered.Work in flexible ways that meet work/life commitments and support wellbeing.Be part of a purpose led organisation that gives back to the WA community.An environment that values ongoing career development.Free Roadside Assistance and discounts on RAC products and services including Insurance, Holiday Parks and Resorts, Security, Finance and Auto Services.Opportunities for community engagement and corporate volunteering.Please note: We encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as RAC reserves the right to close this vacancy without notice.#LI-JC1#LI-HYBRID
