Job description:
The Opportunity
The role of the Project Coordinator position is to provide support for project and program managers across the Digital & IT delivery portfolio, and to engage in continuous improvement to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
This is a 12 month Fixed-Term-Contract that will see you:
- Assist with regular status reporting.
- Be a Shibumi super user.
- Handle all PMO Administration.
- Improve current project management and governance processes.

- Robust administration skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good personal time management and the ability to get things done
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to adapt and be agile in your approach as we embark on our transformation journey toward Suntory Oceania.
- Intellectual curiosity, complimented with the courage to challenge and question for a better outcome, consistently striving for better ways of working.
- Experience with Shibumi or similar enterprise project management platform (Highly beneficial)
