About the role
In this role, you will work closely with and report into the project lead to Support & coordinate the delivery of major IT software upgrades within the service area of Coles Supermarkets.
You will also:
- Support end to end program delivery through activity planning, monitoring, tracking and stakeholder management
- Manage the project plan which will include milestone tracking
- Create and distribute project updates and communication across the business
- Manage Escalation, tracking and management of issues to satisfactory resolution within allocated timeframes
- Support the development of business cases for further IT software releases
About you and your skills
You will have:
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with Project implementation preferably within a retail environment
- Knowledge of project management frameworks
- Some understanding of IT terminology and IT infrastructure
