Project Coordinator – Workplace Transformation
Location: Parramatta (hybrid working), a mixture of working from the office and home
Employment type: Temporary Full-Time up to 30 June 2025
Salary: Clerk Grade 3/4, $79,032 to $86,539 pa plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Workplace Transformation will implement a strategic accommodation transformation across all of the Department of Communities and Justice offices and Frontline spaces to improve the experience and satisfaction of both staff and clients, ensuring improved accessibility, inclusivity and equality in our workplaces.
Your role
You will assist your team members to develop reports or communications materials to keep our stakeholders up to date with activity and collate relevant documentation and records to keep deliverables in line with project governance. You will provide secretariat support to working groups and key meetings and be responsible for following up on actions or decisions to ensure everything keeps moving on time and will be responsible for actioning invoices and supporting procurement initiatives.
What you’ll do
As part of the Workplace Transformation team with Infrastructure and Assets, you will work across your team and together with the other Project Coordinators to support the effective delivery of Workplace Transformation deliverables. You will be responsible for providing project, administrative and secretariat support to enable the delivery of our initiatives on time, on budget, and to scope. You will keep a keen eye on risks and issues, outstanding actions and deliverables and help keep the team on track for key milestone dates to support the Senior Program Manager in successful delivery of the project/program of work. You will communicate with relevant stakeholders via status updates and communication materials. You will support procurement and invoicing activities, as well as the collation and compliant management of records within the Program.
