Project Cost Control Coordinator (201705) 

Permanent Full Time - 36.25 hours per week 

$104,492.03 to $110,868.20  Annually  + up to 12% super  

RCC Officers' Level 7

Your opportunity

As the Project Cost Control Coordinator, you will be accountable for compiling complex cost estimates and the provision of expert estimation advice and formal direction on project delivery.

Guided by our Values, you will:

  • Manage projects / programs cost library ensuring it is maintained using current industry data. 
  • Prepare, review and amend cost estimates for the group where appropriate through the project / program.
  • Assist in the implementation of the project risk management model and Risk register.

Eligibility

  • You'll have five (5) years' post qualification experience in estimating, finance / project management of civil / municipal infrastructure projects.
  • You'll hold a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance or other relevant discipline OR relevant experience (minimum 5 years) associated with the construction industry.
  • You'll hold a Class 'C' Driver's Licence.
  • You'll have a White Card Construction Industry Induction.
