We are looking for a Project Delivery Coordinator to add value to our dynamic and growing team. Project Management is a key function for the business to execute and deliver SAP projects across a diverse range of industries. You will work directly with our Project Delivery Stream Lead to contribute to the success of our business operations and project deliverables.

This is a newly created full-time position located in our Perth Office that ideally suits somebody who has graduated recently.
About the position
- Support the execution of SAP projects including project planning and coordination to ensure projects are completed within the agreed schedule and budget.
- Monitor project progress and create project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure allocated projects follow the agreed project methodology and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with the project team provides timely and accurate information to achieve agreed deliverables.
- Support project control processes, project governance processes and quality reviews.
- Produce project reports as appropriate in line with project governance processes.
- Communicate clearly, professionally and demonstrate the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and improve Project Delivery processes and procedures in line with our project methodologies.
- Support team members when implementing risk management strategies.
The successful applicant will be experienced and competent in the following:
- Bachelor of Commerce, Information Systems or related university degree
- At least one year relevant work experience in a system Project Delivery industry or environment
- SAP S/4HANA (Public and Private Cloud) and SuccessFactors experience is desirable, but not essential
- Approachable, supportive and can-do attitude
- Great stakeholder management with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a diverse group of people
- Knowledge and understanding of project management processes and methodologies
- Ability to deliver high quality and accurate written and verbal communication, including confident presentation skills.
- Adaptability to work within a dynamic agile environment, with continuously changing circumstances and priorities.
- Ability to work in a deadline driven project environment
- Ability to handle ambiguity and ‘own' activities through to completion
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills coupled with commercial and business acumen
