Form of workEagers Automotive is currently seeking a bright, well-presented and customer-focused Delivery and Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our dedicated BYD Pre Delivery Centre in Wangara!
Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be required to provide ongoing support to the Fleet sales and operations team. You will also be responsible for organising customer deliveries and providing ongoing support to the Fleet Manager by coordinating various in-house duties whilst liaising between internal departments.
Duties in this role include:
- Quote preparation
- Monitoring vehicle orders and preparation
- Keeping clients and Fleet Management Organisations up to date with their orders
- Vehicle hand overs
- Maintaining the paperwork flow for the department
- Support team to retain and grow fleet opportunities
About you:
Candidates with automotive admin experience or a background in the automotive industry will be highly regarded.
If you are someone that takes pride in their communication skills, leadership skills and have a strong sense of customer service, then we are looking for you!
You will ideally possess:
- Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
- Process management and excellent organisational skills
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
