In this role you will oversee project delivery for our existing projects and secure pipeline of upcoming long-term projects that include biorefining and future fuels or energy, chemicals, petroleum and minerals processing.
Day to day the role will involve overseeing all aspects of job/project/study execution across the project portfolio, as well as project delivery for assigned projects, with a specific focus on ensuring projects are delivered to contract requirements in accordance with Sedgman Prudentia standards of quality, safety, environmental sustainability, and technical excellence.

Role Responsibilities- Lead engineering deliverables on assigned projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop engineering solutions that meet project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices.
- Integrate with the broader project delivery team and potentially lead integration efforts.
Role Requirements
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (process, mechanical, electrical, or related field).
- Proven experience in Project Management, or Engineering Management, preferably within an engineering consultancy or project management environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in leading teams on projects of varying sizes and complexities.
- Experience in refinery operations, LNG plants, or chemical plants is highly preferred.
- Experience in brownfield projects or major hazard facilities is highly regarded.
- Flexibility and adaptability to potentially take on additional project management duties or temporarily step into higher-level roles.
- PMP certification could be advantageous.
