Are you a seasoned Development Project Manager with a flair for navigating the complexities of large residential land estate projects? Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team, managing a diverse portfolio of projects. As a Development Project Manager, you will lead, motivate, and manage internal and external teams to achieve project objectives, maintain positive stakeholder relationships, and ensure commercial success.

Key Accountabilities:
Approvals and Delivery:
- Maintain a project program adaptable to sales rate and inventory variations.
- Secure necessary approvals within project timelines.
- Oversee construction process and manage any variations.
- Ensure timely issue of approvals and Stage registrations.
Commercial Performance:
- Review strategies to enhance commercial performance.
- Supervise project cash flow and understand key variables.
- Monitor budgets, approve development costs, and manage stock levels.
Reporting:
- Prepare project business plans outlining forecast revenue and expenditure.
- Report on HSE matters and significant market, political, or community issues.
- Continually review and improve reporting and business practices.
Team:
- Build productive work relationships and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Contribute to team outcomes and communicate changes in commitments promptly.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a supportive approach to colleagues.
- Address issues promptly and seek assistance when necessary.
Sales, Marketing, and Product Leadership:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity for managed projects.
- Ensure top-notch presentation of projects, including landscape and civil construction elements.
- Maintain sales contract database and provide monthly reporting on sales and settlements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Real Estate, Civil Engineering).
- Proven experience in delivery large residential land estates.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
