Newly created role for a leader looking to get involved in the strategic development of the business, our people and project delivery.

About the role
As Project Director, you will work alongside our leadership team to manage the safe, profitable, timely and high-quality delivery of projects. The point of difference for this role is that you are a key people leader, who works alongside our brilliant leadership team to oversee multiple projects or manage a team to deliver a flagship project.

About you

• A natural leader and motivator who cares for their team and knows how to get the best out of them
• experience of fitout and refurbishment projects over $10M
• strong understanding of project management within the construction industry
• building-related degree or diploma, or a trade background
• strong financial acumen and communication skills
• ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• understanding of specifications and drawings for accuracy and buildability
• excellent knowledge of EHSQ principles
