Job description
Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with clinical leads and end users across Metro North Health to deliver the Digital Metro North Strategy 2018-32. The strategy aims to ultimately deliver an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North by 2032. Over the next five years, significant capital works are being undertaken, including hospital construction and refurbishment and the implementation of the ieMR Advanced solution across all Metro North facilities. Achieving the aims of the strategy requires a dedicated team with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains and the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver quality results.
Key knowledge and experience
The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
* High level skills and knowledge of video editing, photography, animation and graphic design.
* Demonstrated creative flare in the creation of digital media.
* Ability to work without supervision and as a team member to achieve work unit goals.
* Proven conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills to respond to clients and a proven ability to work in a team environment, developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
About the role
* The purpose of this role is to coordinate the production and maintenance of digital media (video and photography) for use throughout the Digital Metro North (DMN) portfolio, including a key focus on supporting the ieMR implementation across Metro North Health.
* Reporting to the Senior Communication and Engagement Advisor, Metro North Health ieMR Program, you will liaise and/or collaborate with various stakeholders in the preparation of briefs and co-design of videography projects.
* Create both training and informational video content about ieMR to support project deliverables.
* Coordinate the videography workload, including developing project plans in line with briefs and/or project requirements for video and photo shoots, providing regular progress reports.
