As a Project Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of technical projects in rural areas. What we're seeking:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil construction, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Demonstrated 3-5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in rural environments.
- Profound technical expertise and comprehension of construction processes.
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities to oversee project progression and execution.
- Dedication to upholding stringent safety and quality standards throughout project implementation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for fostering and maintaining relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in problem-solving to address challenges and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Proven capability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Passion for making a positive impact in rural communities.
- Flexibility to work away from home (Projects primarily located in Southwest and Northwest Victoria).
