About the Role
We are seeking a Project Engineer to support various road construction projects across the South Coast Region (Scenic Rim, Gold Coast City and Logan City Councils). The role demands a strong focus on leadership and is accountable for directly delivering specific projects, and liaising with client representatives to influence project outcomes.
The Project Engineer will be based at our office in Stapleton, QLD as well as visiting site on a regular basis.

Key Technical Responsibilities
- Project scope development and documentation.
- Preparing design briefs, constructability reviews, estimation support, tenders/pricing.
- Project and contract management.
- Delivery and supervision and verification of completed works.
- Compliance to statutory, contractual and company requirements for all projects.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or other relevant degree.
- 2-5 years’ Roadworks and pavement construction experience desirable
- Experience in traffic management and traffic guidance schemes. (TMD qualification desirable)
- Experience at a high level in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
