AddressAll Energy Contracting is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be working on exciting solar farm projects, where you will be responsible for completing setouts, working with underground cables, and reporting directly to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Implement quality control measures to verify workmanship and materials meet project requirements.
- Addressing technical issues and resolving conflicts that arise during construction.
- Providing regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, issues, and risks.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth project workflow.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, variation orders, and as-built records
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations on-site and promoting a safe working environment.
- Secure necessary permits and coordinating inspections with relevant authorities.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and addressing their concerns or inquiries regarding the project.
- Manage project closeout tasks, including final inspections, punch lists, and documentation handover.
- Conducting project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to graduate engineers and site personnel.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years on site experience
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
- Understanding of engineering design principles and techniques
- Experience with underground cable installations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
