- Scope, prepare short-term (4 weekly or as otherwise directed) look ahead programs, and provides input into the project schedule, status of works and reporting requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progresses and maintain our contractual schedule/program.
- Monitor and review the project task financial outcomes, including overseeing project monthly forecasting and short-term cost controls to ensure project targets are optimised.
- Provide daily support, team supervision and feedback to field operations to produce high-quality project outcomes against company set performance criteria.
- Supervise the daily contract administration requirements and collaborate in the negotiation and control of subcontractor and supply agreements.
- Civil Engineering Degree
- Relevant civil construction experience
- Be able to oversee assigned project section
- Great Communicator
