Key responsibilities include:
- Model integrity, accountability and respect
- Complete projects from start to finish, with oversight and assistance from senior engineers or your manager where required. Define, track and report on time, cost and quality.
- Apply sound engineering principles, knowledge and judgement.
- Complete design work using relevant regulations, codes of practice, Australian and International standards, as well as internal documentation and templates.
- Use a structured, logical approach to both project management and design, including the accurate filing of information.
- Provide clear direction to drafters and site contractors, and clear reporting to clients.
- Contribute to the continued improvement of internal systems and processes.
- Develop strong, collaborative and productive relationships within the team, with clients and suppliers and throughout industry
- Demonstrate a 'can do' attitude, with a focus on client satisfaction.
