Established in 2006, our Hunter New England branch is a well-established division of RCC and is proud to employ some of the most talented people in the industry. THE PROJECT
Construction of a Poultry Processing Plant consisting of circa 38,936m2 of Gross Floor Area providing for storage, processing, chilling, cold store, and distribution facilities.
- 1,600m2 workshop and store building.
- 3,791m2 of ancillary administration, staff amenities
- Expanded Wastewater Treatment Plant; and
- Construction of a new access driveway via an easement connecting to Armstrong Street via Workshop Lane
- Construction of a new staff car parking area providing 820 car parking spaces.
- Site landscaping and screening vegetation
- Relevant building and tertiary qualifications
- Proven industry experience as project or site engineer managing multiple packages
- The ability to report accurately & directly to the PM on the operational and financial success of the projects
- Proven experience managing sub contractors with programming, supervision and contracts administration.
- Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements.
- Manage and deliver allocated packages of the project in line with the program, project documentation, considering scope, quality and safety requirements
- Overall technical coordination of the construction process, in conjunction with the senior project management team through the coordination and documentation of design and programme requirements
- Provide a link between design, building services and sub-contractors to ensure project objectives are met
- Reporting to Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager as applicable
