The Role:
Working with the Sales team, you will be responsible for providing accurate, competitive, and timely project pricing on all project opportunities. You will also be responsible for driving successful outcomes and supporting the Sales team in providing a positive customer experience.
Some of your Key Responsibilities:
- Management of project quotations within Salesforce.
- Determining complying alternatives to nominated or specified prodcuts.
- Management of Haneco's project project pricing matrix.
- Manage the design workflow logging all quotation requests in the register.
- Review and manage all opportunities utilising the project dashboard.
- Process orders via the Sales Support into SAP.
- Liaise with procurement ensuring that all products are ordered in accordance with the construction schedule.
- Manage the coordination of all deliveries.
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders (subcontractors, material suppliers, trades, project managers etc.) to ensure that goals and schedules are met.
- Provide timely reporting to Sales.

Essential skills:
- Demonstrated experience working in Electrical Wholesaling or Lighting industries (Trades, or Building/Construction industry experience highly regarded)
- Experience in estimating.
- Sales Force CRM skills highly regarded.
- A focus on servicing existing customers and optimise sales opportunities.

This position can be based from either our Adelaide or Sydney locations.
