As our Project Finance Administrator, some key responsibilities will include:

• Timesheet administration – Ensure timesheets and labour costing are entered and approved weekly for Project team promptly
• Accounts Receivable - Tracking the payments against the aging report and following up with customers on aging accounts
• Assisting Project Managers with Progress claims submission to clients
• Project Budget Setups with budgets, once the project is awarded
• Project Health Checks - monitoring budget performance including labor costing, subcontractors’ costs, identifying budget over-runs
• Tracking of variations
