About The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Production Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

• Manage employees and subcontractors to create efficiencies and drive accountability
• Take responsibility for the execution of safety policies
• Assist with the implementation of Lean processes through continual improvement strategies
• Be the face of the company on-site to the customer and manage handovers
• Organise the on-site installation processes

About You
The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Foreman in the building industry
• Strong leadership skills
• Trade qualification (Carpentry desirable)
• Current drivers licence
• The ability to travel to various sites in QLD (mostly day trips with some overnights once per month)

You will also have:

• The ability to work collaboratively with coworkers and other departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures
