Responsibilities

• Management and delivery of projects to achieve quality outcomes
• Extensive understanding of all project requirements
• Ensure building design and construction documentation delivered meets objectives in co-ordination with the consultant team and aligned to client design brief
• Upholds Fuse standard of documentation processes and contributes to training of new and existing staff members in liaison with BIM Manager
• Ability to work collaboratively with the design and project team 
• Program and manage project scope and resources and demonstrate project performance 
• Act as a mentor and coach for all staff to help develop their skills
• Oversee delivery of high quality architectural documentation packages through design development and construction phases 
   

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' of practical experience as a Project Lead
• Organised and strong team management skills 
• Lead Class 2 projects from inception through to delivery with limited assistance from senior management
• Demonstrated track record of managing multiple stakeholders on complex projects
• Sound understanding of and interest in the commerciality of large-scale multi-unit residential projects
