AJC is looking for an experienced Project Leader/ Project Architect with solid Revit, documentation, and project management capabilities to work on various domains including commercial, residential and mixed-use projects.

Key Areas of Responsibility
This is a diverse role for a mid-level designer to lead projects and collaborative integrated projects with the wider architectural teams. You will have :
- A minimum of 6 years’ industry experience with focus on mixed-use, hotel and residential or commercial projects.
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in a drafting or design role using REVIT.
- An ability to manage multiple projects and inspire design excellence across all projects.
- An ability to work across different stages of the project, from concept through to construction.
- Have and deliver excellent technical, detail drawing and documentation skills for complex projects across all project stages.
- Able to coordinate projects and assist with drawing production.
- The ability to contribute to DA, CDC & CC documentation phases.
- High degree of accuracy.
- Be motivated and a team player and enjoy collaborating with team members effectively.
Key Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- A tertiary qualification in Architecture
- Excellent REVIT and drafting skills with a high-level understanding for construction and working within a BIM environment
- Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency
- Previous experience working on commercial and industrial projects
- Good knowledge of BCA and Australian Standard
- Strong collaboration skills
- Strong design skills to design concepts
- Technical capability to deliver full documentation packages
