Project Lead - Better At Home Expansion

Contract: 6-month Full-Time contractA rare opportunity exists for enthusiastic and talented health professionals to join BRHS in this new project role. The position offers a fantastic chance to utilise your skills and experience in health and project management to contribute to the expansion of BRHS at Home services.The position:In this role, you will pay a key role in leading the work to enable the expansion of our at Home services. This will include developing Models of Care for Geriatric Evaluation Management at Home, Rehab at Home and Palliative Care at Home, along with expansion of current acute care options leading into a full Business Case. Working alongside the Better at Home team as well as the Allied Health/Rehabilitation teams, the Better at Home Expansion Lead will link into key bodies of work with stakeholders such as Public Health Services, the Department of Health and the Regional Better at HomeProject Lead, as well as current acute services.Why should you apply?

Key criteria required:

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, and/or demonstrated relevant health experience.
• Minimum 2 year's clinical or other experience working in a health service.
• An understanding of hospital outpatient clinic operations, the Victorian Health Service System and the healthcare challenges faced by the East Gippsland community (and clinicians).
• Demonstrated project skills including development of new policies, project reporting and reliability in meeting deadlines.
