NEPEAN Conveyors also provides on-site engineering support, installation, maintenance, and the relocation of conveyor systems.
Our Opportunity
Due to ongoing growth and work awarded NEPEAN Conveyors is currently seeking experienced Senior Draftsman to join a new team in North Brisbane. The multi‐faceted role will involve supporting the Engineering Drafting Manager to complete the detailing of 3D Inventor Models and 2D AutoCAD drawings. Relocation can be discussed for the right candidates!.

The Right Person
Detail Drafting
Opening, modifying, revising existing drawings (AutoCAD and Inventor)
Collating drawing packages
PDF’ing drawings into packages
Maintenance of drawing registers
Checking drawings and back‐drafting as required
Detailing from 3D Inventor models into 2D Inventor fabrication drawings
Creating 3D Inventor Models
Technical Understanding the operation of industry equipment, especially underground coal conveyors
Skill sets:
Experience in the Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor platforms preferred
Experience with SolidWorks or other modelling software will be considered
Experience in Mechanical and Structural Design is an advantage
Experience / Trae qualification in Boilermaking and/or Fitting is an advantage
