Club Bega Limited, located at 82 Gipps Street, Bega, NSW, 2550, is currently seeking talented and dedicated Casula Chef for the daily operation of our busy kitchen.
Major duties of Chef:
- Direct and coordinate food preparation.
- Prepare and cook foods in quantity of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
- Adhere to OH&S and hygiene regulations.
- Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.
Work experience: At least two years’ Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred.
Education/Skills: Relevant Qualifications in Commercial Cookery.
