Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

About the Role
The PMO Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the PMO working within CSV's Project Management and procurement frameworks, and other state or organisation policies that apply.
This is a key role involved in delivering an effective and valuable service to the CMS Project team ensuring the smooth running of the PMO and supporting the delivery of the CMS Project to scope, schedule and budget. The role is part of the CMS Project's leadership team.
About You
- Experience working in a senior Project Delivery role and Project/ Program Management Office – experience within the public sector is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in applying structured Project Management methods, with a preference for PRINCE2 or an equivalent Project Management methodology is essential.
- Experience working as a key member of a project executive / leadership team involved in key decision making is essential.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills, with an ability to articulate key findings and messages to all levels of an organisation.
- Experience in using relevant Project Management tools such as MS Project.
