We are seeking a dedicated Project Support Officer to join our government client's team on an initial contract until June 2024, with the potential for extension. You will play a crucial role to support the rollout of the OHS Management System and Workers' Compensation functionality to all government schools.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering the administrative elements related to the education and training elements of the project.
- Delivering administrative support services to the project while working from a range of sites.
- Supporting the migration of physical/digital records to an online health and safety risk management system through data entry and/or scanning and uploading/entering data into an online platform.
- Working with schools, OHS Consultants, Workers' Compensation consultants and other key stakeholders to reduce the administrative burden of the implementation of the system.
About You
- Understanding of OHS and Workers Compensation activities will be highly regarded.
- Refined customer service skills.
- Advanced time managements skills and can adapt to new computer systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain strong relationships across different parts of the organisation and government
