This role is for a Project Manager to work within the Strategy and Innovation Directorate of the Sydney Children's Hospitals Network within the PMO department. As the Project Manager, you will manage the end to end delivery of an assigned portfolio of projects and or programmes and ensure on time delivery, to agreed scope and within budget.
- A degree or tertiary qualifications in Project Management, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Prince 2/PMP/ Agile Practitioner Certification.
- Min 5 years proven Project Management experience including overall management of multiple concurrent projects.
- Demonstrated experience of implementing IT and health solutions into business environment, managing organisational change, program management methodologies, and the realisation of business benefits.
- Experience leading teams of varying expertise on major programs to deliver high quality, customer focussed outcomes.
- 5-10 years' experience managing in a matrix environment, guiding and coaching team members and Project Managers in tools, systems and processes to achieve project implementation excellence.
- Conflict and Risk Management experience - ability to work through issues; Experience identifying, managing and communicating project risks.
