Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of mixed-commercial developments, across Melbourne
Complete projects on time and within budgets.
Contract management and administration in accordance with project contract terms and conditions
Monitor and report on project budgets and progress.
Applying an effective sub-contractor selection and evaluation procedure
Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
Provide regular and accurate reporting on project and risk status
Ensure all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality standards are adhered to
Requirements
Management of projects up to $30M
Be self motivated and have good communication skills.
Experience in commercial developments, Education and exposure to fit-out / refurb projects is a bonus.
Good negotiation and problem solving skills.
Experience with OH&S and Industrial Relations matters.
Be able to work in a team or autonomous role.
Computer literacy
Excellent communication skills with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
High organisational and job programming skills.
