Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing a major Data Centre project from design to completion
- Managing and engaging with high tier contractors, consultants and engineers to ensure successful project delivery from initiation to completion.
- Developing project plans, timelines, budgets, variations and monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
- Monitoring and reporting project performance, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.
- Engaging with electrical and mechanical engineers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in project management, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Strong expertise and experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and data centres.
- Must have some form of experience in the completion of a Data Centre or large industrial project.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
