Our client is a prominent leader in the field of commercial decoration and displays and is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

The position is based in the Sydney Head Office and is full-time with an immediate start. The successful applicant will be seeking a long-term position with an industry leader where they can use their background in Project Management in the creative / event / retail / entertainment /exhibition industry.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and clients to facilitate project execution.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established metrics.
- Conduct regular project meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving any obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, change orders, and final deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the retail, events, or construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello).
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
