We offer our clients a full-service retail display capability. From conceptual design to rapid prototyping, production, distribution and installation, we manage every step of the process across all retail touchpoints. These include temporary, semi-permanent and permanent POS displays, window displays, wide format print, retail fit-outs, pop-ups, and internal and external signage.

The Role

Our Project Managers support the client-facing Account Managers to ensure they are free to continue to achieve our sales targets.  The Project Manager is pivotal to the success of the Sales team and includes liaising with our clients on day-to-day business, processing of jobs through to production and delivery to our clients.

Our Project Management team is based around a ‘team’ culture where each member’s workload expands and contracts and the rest of the team assist to support, as required on a daily basis. This ensures all client requirements are met and our customer service team are evenly contributing to our service delivery.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Liaising with clients and external partners generally by phone or email 
• Collaborate with IVE internal staff to confirm production requirements 
• Coordination of installations
• Manage jobs through to timely completion 
• Preparation of installation documents for installers
• Generation of quote requests through to our Estimating team as well as generating your own estimates
• Generate invoicing and liaise with client

Key requirements to be considered are:

• An understanding of either retail, events, exhibitions or activation industries 
• Experience in installations, print applications, visual merchandising or retail marketing highly favourable
• The ability to negotiate and work to tight deadlines is essential
• Multitasking & high level organizational skills a must
• Problem solving and being able to adapt to changing scopes
• Develop and maintain excellent client and external partner relationships 
• Work autonomously with minimal direction
• Process improvement orientated 
• Very good oral and written communication skills 
• A competent level of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and knowledge of our PACE MIS system an advantage
• A great work ethic and desire to succeed as part of a team
