Purpose of the Position 

GHS Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager responsible for initiation, planning, executing, managing, and closing key projects. 

This role is based in our South Perth office with regular site visits. 

Geographical Coverage

Regional Western Australia

The Project Manager's key responsibilities include: 

• Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor and Close key Company Projects
• Assist estimators to scope, tender and quote Projects to clients
• Create and maintain Project schedules within Microsoft Project
• Lead Projects to ensure project budgets, timelines and key deliverables surrounding Quality Assurance & Safety are met
• Initiate and coordinate project procurement, with key suppliers/sub-contractors
• Coordinate projects to final completion with collation to MDR/ITP (QA Certificate) documentation 
• Produce project reports and lead project meetings with clients 
• Engage and lead GHS personnel at regular Prestart Meetings, ensure they are following safe work processes, and following Project requirements and schedules. 
• Engage with clients via clear, consistent communication, upholding GHS values.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of our industry
• Project management qualifications
• Knowledge and demonstrated experience in industry standards

 Other abilities: 

• Great communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
• Attention to detail 
• High level computer skills with competency in the use of Excel, Word, Project, Outlook. Knowledge of SAP B1 is desirable
