AddressKey responsibilities will include:
- Leading Project delivery teams made up of 2-4 personnel (CAs, SMs, etc.)
- Financial responsibility for projects
- Monthly cost reporting to the board of directors
- Mentoring more junior team members
Selection criteria will include:
- Proven track record delivering projects up to $25m in value
- Prior experience with projects in the high rise multi residential sector advantageous
- Broader commercial building construction experience essential
Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the commercial, retail and industrial sectors, with projects typically varying in value from $10-25m. With a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2024 and 2025, they are looking to add a Project Manager to their team.
The business prides itself on having a flat management structure with open and transparent communication from the company Directors, as well as the mentor-ship and development that they provide to their teams. Many of the current management team have progressed from within the business.
