The successful candidate for this exciting position will possess:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or related
- Relevant qualifications - degree in construction management or related field
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple projects and their various stages from conception through to completion.
- Proven budgeting skills to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
- Expertise in managing project integration, scope, timelines, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement.
- Specialized in booking surveyors and technical personnel, hiring equipment, ordering materials, and checking plans.
- Experienced in managing operational plans, people, and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ability to lead projects, ensuring all activities are coordinated and aligned with project goals.
The responsibilities of a Construction Project Manager at Bull Pty Ltd are (but not limited to)
- Planning, organising, directing, controlling, and coordinating the construction of engineering and building projects, ensuring efficient use of all resources involved in the construction process.
- Leading the coordination and prioritisation of resources across various projects, ensuring efficient use and allocation.
- Assessing and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications to guide project execution.
- Coordinating resources, procurement, and delivery of materials, plant, and equipment to meet project needs.
- Consulting with architects, engineering professionals, other specialists, and technical and trades workers to ensure project alignment.
- Managing links between projects, monitoring overall time, costs, quality, budget, and risk to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Negotiating with stakeholders throughout the construction process and project lifecycle to maintain project integrity.
- Developing tenders and contract bids, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with requirements.
- Managing and monitoring adherence to legislation, performance standards, and safety regulations.
- Overseeing the submission of plans to local authorities and liaising with stakeholders to undertake necessary inspections throughout the project.
- Leading and managing human resources, including subcontractors, to ensure standards, progress, and delivery of project and program requirements.
- Managing change and implementation of projects and programs, adapting to evolving needs and circumstances.
- Establishing and managing project plans to ensure alignment with strategic goals and desired project outcomes.
