At CBRE we plan, design, and build spaces that support how you live, work and play. Nationally, our capabilities lie in both principal delivery and client-side project management, our Brisbane team focusing currently on pure project management across a broad range of projects.
The Opportunity
- A Project Manager to join our consultancy team
- Deliver multiple commercial projects at any one time
- Projects range from small refurbishment projects to large scale fitouts and base building upgrade schemes up to $m+. Sectors include Workplace, Commercial building refurbishments and upgrades, Industrial & retail
- Collaborate with other CBRE business lines
- Hybrid working
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Construction, design, or facilities education and background with some client side (consultancy) project management or contractor administration experience
- Able to effectively collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
- Able to implement robust risk management strategies and proactively address any challenges.
- The ability to lead projects and work as part of a broader collaborative team.
