Programmed Property Services is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our North-West Melbourne team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high-performing team that provides grounds maintenance to clients across Melbourne’s North-West. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships while managing the day-to-day of our site-based teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an excellent relationship with our client
- Manage and deliver projects across the contract
- Organise and plan subcontractors and internal labour for the projects
- Arrange all materials and equipment for site
- Deliver contract reporting when required
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to budget
- Focus on customer satisfaction and profitable project delivery for the team
About You
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have experience managing site-based teams with a background in horticulture preferred and be driven to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- First-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft suite
- Provide care and empathy to our site-based teams
- A strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
