AddressOur client is a Major Civil Construction Contractor who is award winning across a variety of projects including residential and industrial subdivisions, Roadworks and council jobs alongside a supportive and experienced team who are committed to your growth and development. They are seeking a keen Project Manager to lead and deliver on projects from Gold Coast to Northern NSW.
About The Role:
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
- Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
- Cost management and reporting
- Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims
- Quality Assurance, including organising testing, ITPs, submissions
- Delivering Progress reports to the Construction Manager
- Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors and adhering to compliance requirements
- Tertiary qualification or certification in Engineering (Civil) or construction related fields.
- 3 years plus experience in Civil Construction, ideally subdivision delivery.
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Full Australian working rights
- Construction White Card
- Good stakeholders engagement and management skills.
- Compliance minded individual who can articulate requirements.
